Admiral Rob Bauer, Commander of the Dutch Armed Forces, will visit Finland from 23 to 24 March. The visit will be hosted by the Commander of the Finnish Defence Forces, General Timo Kivinen.
During his visit, Admiral Bauer will hold talks with Defense Minister Antti Kaikkonen and the Top Military Command of the Finnish Defence Forces. The visitor programme includes familiarity with the Finnish Defence Forces' activities in northern Finland and a presentation event at the Defence Course Association's online security policy evening.
The visit will be carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and guidelines related to the coronavirus situation
