2. Logistikregementet stöder Försvarsmaktens och Gränsbevakningsväsendets förvaltningsenheters logistik- och underhållsarrangemang i alla beredskapslägen. Regementet har specialiserat sig på underhåll av Marinens specialmateriel samt Försvarsmaktens beklädnads-, fältinkvarterings-, fältprovianterings- och medicinalmateriel.

3. Logistikregementet stöder Försvarsmaktens och Gränsbevakningsväsendets förvaltningsenheters logistik- och underhållsarrangemang i alla beredskapslägen. Regementet har specialiserat sig på att producera kompletterings- och underhållstjänster för militär luftfart.

7.8.2024 | Military staff talks between the Finnish Defence Forces and the United States European Command (USEUCOM) were conducted at the Defence Command Finland on 6–7 August 2024. The military staff talks were led by the Chief of Planning of the Defence Command, Brigadier General Tero Ylitalo and USEUCOM’s Deputy Director of Strategy, Plans and Capabilities, Brigadier General Quaid Quadri Jr.
