The Commander of the Finnish Defence Forces, General Timo Kivinen, will make an official visit to Germany from 10 to 11 November. The visit will be hosted by the Commander of the German National Armed Forces, General Eberhard Zorn.
During the visit, General Kivinen will be familiarised with the German National Armed Forces and he will meet its highest military leadership. During the visit, the Commander will have an opportunity to discuss the defence cooperation between Germany and Finland. The visit will include a visit at the German operational center in Potsdam.
The Commander of the Finnish Defence Forces will be accompanied by Finland’s Defence Attaché in Germany, Captain (N) Misa Kangaste and the Chief of Defence’s ADC, Major Annukka Ylivaara.
