Firings notice

Finnish Defence Forces will detonate The Defence Forces Logistics Command will destroy decommissioned explosives by detonation in Hukkakero in Kittilä from 14th of august - 14th of august 2017 daily between 08:00 and 22:00 hrs.

The dangerous area is Tarpomapää - Selkä-Mäntypää in the south, Selkä-Mäntypää - Paartoselkä - Leppäkumpu in the west, Leppäkumpu - Katajaselkä (excl. road) - Iso-Vitikko in the north, and Kittilä - Sodankylä - municipal border in the east. The height of the dangerous area extends to 4,200 metres.

The detonations are carried out by Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command.
