Russia to conduct an evaluation visit to Lapland Air Command

Russia will conduct a confidence and security building evaluation visit conform to the Vienna Document 2011 in the Lapland Air Command on 15 November 2016.
The three-person evaluation team will be led by Lieutenant Colonel Sergei Dovgal. Finland's Liaison Team is led by Major Toni Ovaskainen of the Air Force Command. The evaluation visit will be hosted by the commander of the Lapland Air Command, Colonel Mikko Kauppala.
The purpose of the visit is to evaluate whether the information on Lapland Air Command in Finland's 2011 exchange of military information corresponds to the information that will be given to them during the evaluation visit.
