Firings notice

Finnish Defence Forces will be firing Finnish Defence Forces will be firing air defence weapons at Lohtaja firing range 15.5.2019 07.00 hrs - 18.5.2019 24.00 hrs.

The dangerous area extends and is bordered in the south Hakunti - Tankar (inc. Poroluodonkari (Krunni), Tupalaaka, Maalaaka, Somerolaaka ja Kraaseli), towards 20 km to west where from 26 km to northwest. In the west 56 km from Vattajanniemi coastline to northwest. In the east Kalsonnokka - Ulkokalla towards 42 km to northwest. Additionally danger area 15.-17.5.2019 extends and is bordered the south Hakunti – Tankar towards 40 km to northwest, in the west from Vattajanniemi coastline 56 km to northwest and in the east Kalsonnokka towards 6 km to north where from 70 km to northeast at the level of Piehinki where from 60 km to northwest. During flights it is prohibited to view aircrafts with binoculars or other optical magnifying devices. The firing range will be closed on 14.5. 16:00 hrs - 23.5. 12:00 hrs.

The firing is carried out by Air Force Academy.
