Firings notice

Finnish Defence Forces will be firing air defence weapons at Lohtaja firing range 18 May 2021 07.00 hrs - 23 May 2021 24.00 hrs.

The dangerous area extends and is is bordered in the south Hakunti - Paskalaaka - Tankar, towards 20 km to west where from 26 km to northwest. In the west 56 km from Vattajanniemi coastline to northwest. In the east Ohtakari towards 5 km to northeast where from 8 km to north where from 55 km to northeast at the level of Piehinki where from 65 km to northwest. Because of eye safety, it is prohibited to view any aircrafts involved in this exercise with binoculars or other optical magnifying devices.

The firing is carried out by Air Force Academy.
