During 2–9 June 2025, maintenance will be carried out at MyMilitary, the Finnish Defence Forces’ service for persons liable for military service. During 5–6 June, also the Regional Offices’ customer service will be affected by maintenance of the communication and information system. At this time, matters relating to liability for military service cannot be handled at Regional Offices. From Monday 9 June onwards, the Regional Offices’ customer services will be available again as usual.
While maintenance is in progress, you cannot return the following forms at MyMilitary during 2–9 June:
• Application to unarmed service
• Application for transfer from unarmed to armed service
• Voluntary military service for women & Questionnaire for examination of health
• Applying to the military crisis management recruiting pool
• Refresher training exercise notice of reception (Part B)
• Application for changing date of entry into service / service location
• Notification of change in the state of health
• Update request for personal information
• Voluntary exercise notice of reception (Part B)
• Application for exemption from a refresher training exercise
• Application for exemption from military service on the basis of multiple nationality
In case you need to address your written communications to the Regional Office at this time, you may fill in the forms available at puolustusvoimat.fi/asiointi/lomakkeet, and return the printout to your own Regional Office, which will then provide its decision on the matter by a letter with acknowledgement of receipt only.
