Bold Quest 16 is a multinational development exercise. The Finnish detachment consists of 16 persons. They will participate in the exercise in HQ tasks from 12-30 October 2016 in Savannah, USA.
Bold Quest 16 is led by the US Joint Staff HQ. Participating nations are among others, Sweden, Germany, France, Norway, Belgium, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Denmark, as well as the United States, Australia and Canada. The theme of the exercise is the development of interoperability and courses of action in a multinational operation environment.
Participation in this exercise supports the development of the Defence Forces. Participation is approved by the Ministry of Defence as part of the international exercise plan.
