Joint Force Command Brunssum's Commander Visits Finland

The Commander of NATO's Allied Joint Force Command (JFCB) in Brunssum in the Netherlands, General Salvatore Farina will conduct a working visit to Finland on 22-23 June 2016. The visit will be hosted by the Commander of the Finnish Defence Forces, General Jarmo Lindberg.

During the visit General Farina will meet with Secretary of State, Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Peter Stenlund and with the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, Mr. Jukka Juusti. General Farina will also meet with the leadership of the Finnish Defence Forces at the Defence Command and he will also be familiarised with Finland's military national defence.

The visit to Finland is one of the normal visits conducted by NATO's different commanders to familiarise them with the operating environment and security situation of the area and with Finland as a NATO partner country.
