The Commander of the Finnish Defence Forces, General, Timo Kivinen will attend the Berlin Security Conference in Germany on November 29–30, 2023.
During the conference, General Kivinen will take part in a panel discussion led by General (ret.) Jörg Vollmer, with a specific focus on matters pertaining to European defence and deterrence.
