23.2.2017 | 2016 was a record year in terms of women applying for voluntary military service: an astonishing 842 women applied. It is almost 50 women more than the previous applicant record during the 20 year history of women's voluntary military service.

13.4.2018 | In 2018 Finnish Air Force celebrates its 100th anniversary. During the centennial the aircraft of the service will be performing flying and static displays in numerous public events in Finland and abroad.

17.7.2018 | The Jaeger Brigade will organise the Nordic and Finnish Military Orienteering Championships in Rovajärvi and in the Rovajärvi Firing Range Area and Military Training Area on 17-20 September 2018.
