3.10.2025 | The United States European Command’s Deputy Director of Operations, Brigadier General Mathew Wenthe, and the Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (Air Force) Deputy Commander, Brigadier General Heather Blackwell, visited Finland on September 16-17, 2025. The visit was hosted by Defence Command Chief of C5, Major General Jarmo Vähätiitto.

On December 10, 2024, a meeting was held at the Finnish Defence Command, bringing together the operational leadership of both nations. During the meeting, the progress of the partnership was evaluated, and future activities were guided.

19.12.2024 | The Defence Forces and the Traficom’s National Cyber Security Centre have established a multi-sector ISAC information sharing group (MIL-ISAC) which focuses on Defence system operations . The MIL-ISAC information sharing group has representatives from various enterprises that somehow contribute to the Finnish defence system. The MIL-ISAC group is starting off by forming a situational picture and sharing information among the group members.
