Firings notice

Finnish Defence Forces will be firing infantry weapons in Lohtaja Vattajaniemi firing range on Aug 22 to Aug 27 2024 daily from 09:00 to 19:00. The firing range will be closed from Aug 21 13:00 hrs to Aug 28 12:00 hrs.

Aug 22 the danger area extends to the sea 4 kilometres southwest of Hakunti and 4 kilometres northwest of Kalsonnokka. Aug 23 the danger area extends to the sea 6 kilometres southwest of Hakunti and 6 kilometres northwest of Kalsonnokka. From Aug 24 to Aug 27 the danger area extends to the sea 4 kilometres southwest of Hakunti and 4 kilometres northwest of Kalsonnokka.

The firing is carried out by Air Force Academy.
