The Chief of Staff of the Japanese Self-Defence Forces, Admiral Katsutoshi Kawano will be visiting Finland 9-11 October 2018. The visit will be hosted by the Commander of the Finnish Defence Forces, General Jarmo Lindberg.
During his visit, Admiral Kawano will meet the President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinistö and Minister of Defence Jussi Niinistö, among others. He will also be familiarised with Finland's military national defence.
