Finland will be conducting an observation flight to Russia together with Estonia 22-26 May 2017. The flight will be conducted with a Romanian Antonov An-30 aircraft. The flight will be planned together with Estonian arms control personnel.
Finland will be the Lead Nation of the flight. The combined flight is based on a Technical Agreement between Finland and Estonia, which states the parties' responsibilities, obligations and cost-sharing arrangements.
