Pass in Review 4.6.
The pass in review starts on Mannerheimintie, Helsinki at 1330 hours with more than 1300 persons and 50 vehicles participating together with 19 aircraft in the overflight of the march in review.
The pass in review will be reviewed by President of Finland Sauli Niinistö with Commander of the Finnish Defence Forces General Jarmo Lindberg by Musiikkitalo, Helsinki Music Centre.
The pass in review on Mannerheimintie will begin at the Simonkatu - Kaivokatu intersection at 13:30 and progress in the direction of Musiikkitalo. The pass in review will be viewed in front of Musiikkitalo.
The music is performed by the Guards Band conducted by Senior Conductor Major (Mus.) Pasi-Heikki Mikkola with Marching Bandmaster Captain Hannu Simoinen.
Initiated by the dismounted detachments marching on foot, the pass in review continues with five motorised detachments.
For safety reasons, the route of the pass in review on Mannerheimintie is fenced and closed including the intersection areas by 1315 hours.
The audience is requested to be in position on either side of Mannerheimintie well in advance.
In order to sustain safety, once the streets have been closed, it is strictly forbidden to cross the street.
