The French Chief of Defense Staff, General François Lecointre, will visit Finland from 11 to 12 March. The visit will be hosted by the Commander of the Finnish Defence Forces, General Jarmo Lindberg.
During his visit, General Lecointre will meet Minister of Defence Jussi Niinistö, among others and will be briefed on Finland’s military national defence and the military cooperation between our countries. In addition, the President of France has granted the Commander of French Legion to General Lindberg and it will be submitted by General Lecointre.
