Jurmo-class landing craft (U-600 class) are primarily used for transporting coastal troops.  From 2019- 22, the Navy Jurmos are undergoing an overhaul programme consisting of the replacement or repair of the hulls as needed, the engines, transmissions and cabins.  The vessels’ user safety and ergonomics will also be improved.
