The Chiefs of Defence Staff of the Nordic countries will visit Finland from 11 - 13 May 2017. The visit will be hosted by the Chief of Defence Command Finland, Vice Admiral Kari Takanen.
The meeting is attended by Vice Chief of Defence, Lieutenant General Per Ludvigsen from Denmark, Chief of Defence Staff, Lieutenant General Erik Gustavson from Norway, Chief of Defence Staff, Lieutenant General Dennis Gyllensporre from Sweden and Chief of Defence Command Finland Vice Admiral Kari Takanen.
During their visit, the Chiefs of Defence Staffs will be familiarised with the Finnish Defence Forces by means of presentations and discussions at the Defence Command as well as visit the Army's Arrow 17 exercise and the Navy's Coastal Fleet.
