General Lindberg participated in a meeting of northern European CHODs that took place in Sweden 10 May 2017.
The meeting was summoned by the Chief of Defence of the Swedish Armed Forces, General Micael Bydén and General Curtis Scaparrotti, Commander, US European Command. The meeting is held annually with the chairmanship rotating between participating nations. In 2016, the meeting was held in Latvia.
General Lindberg was accompanied by Special Adviser Captain (N) Jukka Anteroinen and ADC Major Timo Ronkainen.
